Musee Picasso


The Musée Picasso in Paris is housed on mansion, the Hôtel Salé, built in 1656 for the Lord of Fontenay, by Jean de Bourges. The Musée Picasso contains more than 3000 different art works by Pablo Picasso including drawings, ceramics and paintings, complemented by Picasso's own personal art collection including works by Cézanne, Degas, Rousseau, Seurat, de Chirico and Matisse.
